The wardrobe is built into the wall, so the room seems more spacious. The bed, which has a spotted green and orange duvet cover on it, is in front of the door. It has a night lamp hanged on the wall above it. If you are a student or need to work from home, there´s a desk and a chair next to the balcony; here you´ll have a lot of light. For your books, there´s a bookshelf at the right of the bed. There´re some paintings on the wall, but you can take them off and put yours up instead.

Finally, Andy, who shares the flat with me, is a businessman and usually spends a lot of time out. He allows pets, and is extrovert, polite and quiet.

You might be wondering what it looks like. It is not big, that is true; but it is a squared-shaped room so it seems to be larger than it is. Another good thing is its window; there is a lot of sun light because there is a wide one opposite the door; through it, you can see a courtyard. There is not much furniture, just some white wooden pieces: a 1.90 m long bed, the night table, a medium size wardrobe and a chest of drawers. If a desk would be needed, there is a corner where it could be located. And, sorry, I almost forgot to tell you: the walls are painted in green pale.

I would like to sublet my room while I am away the whole year.It is a flat on the second floor of a new building, which has a stylish kitchen, living room and bathroom to share.

The bedroom is fairly big. The walls are light cream, so it looks nice and bright. There is a huge window through which you can see a park. Next to it, there is a big desk with a useful study lamp that is perfect for studying or working with your laptop. Above it, there are some bookselves.Beside the desk, we find a smooth leather armchair, where you can relax reading a book or listening to your favourite music. In front of the window, there is a big closet, for all your belongings. The bed is quite big and one of the most comfortable where I have slept. On the floor there is a soft brown carpet, and hanging from the ceiling, there is a lamp made of wood and canvas, which I bought in a craft fair two years ago, and works with low energy bulbs. It is a warm, quiet room.

Your roommate will be Andy, who is a French student at University, and is the perfect mate because he is patient, hard-working, polite and helpful.
I am subletting my room for one year and three months. I live in a flat, which is shared, with my friend Andy. The flat is in Miguel Íscar Street. It´s in the centre of the city. The price of the room is two hundred and fifty euros.

It´s a medium-size room. The walls are beige and the door is white. All furniture is orange and bright brown, similar to the colour of wood. The colours give good vibes to the room and there is a peaceful environment in which you can rest very well. If you look from the door to the right you can find a comfortable bed. In front of it there is a huge desk with an adjustable lamp. On the right of the desk you can see book shelves. The wardrobe is built into the wall in order to save space. Between the wardobre and the bed there is a chest of drawers, so you have a lot of room to keep everything you want. This bedroom is bigger than my flatmate´s.

Andy is American and works as a veterinarian. Although he likes parties, he doesn´t make a lot of noise. Andy usually cooks for both of us and does the ironing. We always do the shopping together. He is the best flatmate that I have ever had.
Room for lease in Valladolid. It’s available from next month until January next year. The flat is shared with another person and is located in the centre of the city. Although it’s a neighbourhood with a lot of social life, the room is very quiet. And you can get it all for only for 300 euros per month with water, heating and internet included.

The flat has a large lounge painted in pale grey, which has a comfortable sofa and a big tv. The kitchen was redecorated last year, so there are new appliances and even though it isn’t too big, you can have lunch there comfortably.
The room is at the end of the hall, next to a single bathroom. It’s spacious, painted a pale green that conveys tranquillity and with the best views to the park of the whole building. There is a big size bed, a wardrobe, a wood desk and a chair. The walls are empty so that you can decorate it as you wish.
The flat is shared with Andy, who is a quiet and nice person. He is tidy and a very good chef. Andy, who is the worst player of cards of the world, also likes playing board games.
In spite of other options, this is better.

I am renting my room for a year. It is located in the center of Granada, in Plaza de la Trinidad. It is on the third floor, with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. It also has a nice outdoor terrace, ideal for warmer months. The price is 200 euros, plus electricity, water and internet connection to be shared with the other tenant. It will be available from 01/01/2021 to 01/01/2020, with a minimum rental of 6 months.
The room is exterior and bright, it has 1.20 m bed, a table with a lamp, a large closet and a desk with drawers. It is the best room to study, since its walls are painted a soft blue and thanks to its double glazed of the windows, you cannot hear any outside noise.
Andy, who is my roommate, lives in the other room, who has a very calm and responsible personality, so it is very nice to live with him. I am letting my room!
I am letting this fantastic room for 4 months, as I am going on an Erasmus exchange. It is available from the 1st of January of 2021. It is in the center of Valladolid near the university. There are supermarkets and some restaurants and pubs, too. All the flat is furnished, including the room. The flat has two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen and one bathroom. It costs £250 per month.

The room is really big. In fact, it is the biggest room of the house. Although the walls are painted in a dark color, the room is bright because of an outside window. There is a wardrobe and two armchairs to keep all the clothes and shoes, a long desk, and a big bed.
However, you have to share the flat with another person called Mary. But, in fact, she is really nice and polite. Mary, whose boyfriend sometimes has dinner there, works as a nurse and some days she spends the whole day outside. For that reason, you will have a lot of privacy. She is the best flatmate you will ever have.
