It´s a spacious and colourful flat where you can feel like at home. It´s brighter than the others in the building because it´s the highest floor, which also makes it the quietest one. The bedroom has everything you can need. A 1.5 meter bed is in the middle of the room. On the right there is a big closet, where you can leave many things. There is a desk with a chair and a mirror in the corner and a big window on the left. There is also a bathroom en suite. There is everything you may need: carpets, cushions, bedspread etc. with a simple and modern decoration in turquoise and white tones, which are calming colours and make you feel relaxed.

The other bedroom is Andy´s, who is my flatmate. He is a very sociable person, a little messy but very helpful. He is a vet and works in the mornings and in the afternoons so he needs silence to sleep.

Next to it, there is a big desk with a useful study lamp that is perfect for studying or working with your laptop. Above it, there are some bookselves.Beside the desk, we find a smooth leather armchair, where you can relax reading a book or listening to your favourite music. In front of the window, there is a big closet, for all your belongings. The bed is quite big and one of the most comfortable where I have slept. On the floor there is a soft brown carpet, and hanging from the ceiling, there is a lamp made of wood and canvas, which I bought in a craft fair two years ago, and works with low energy bulbs. It is a warm, quiet room.

I am subletting my room for one year and three months. I live in a flat, which is shared, with my friend Andy. The flat is in Miguel Íscar Street. It´s in the centre of the city. The price of the room is two hundred and fifty euros.

It´s a medium-size room. The walls are beige and the door is white. All furniture is orange and bright brown, similar to the colour of wood. The colours give good vibes to the room and there is a peaceful environment in which you can rest very well. If you look from the door to the right you can find a comfortable bed. In front of it there is a huge desk with an adjustable lamp. On the right of the desk you can see book shelves. The wardobre is built into the wall in order to save space. Between the wardobre and the bed there is a chest of drawers, so you have a lot of room to keep everything you want. This bedroom is bigger than my flatmate´s.

Andy is American and works as a veterinarian. Although he likes parties, he doesn´t make a lot of noise. Andy usually cooks for both of us and does the ironing. We always do the shopping together. He is the best flatmate that I have ever had.

Although it’s a neighbourhood with a lot of social life, the room is very quiet. And you can get it all for only for 300 euros per month with water, heating and internet included.

The flat is shared with Andy, who is a quiet and nice person. He is tidy and a very good chef. Andy, who is the worst player of cards of the world, also likes playing board games.

The wall behind the bed is painted in dark blue and the other walls and painted in light blue, I think that blue is the most suitable colour for a student bedroom. There are two bedside tablets next to the bed with lamps on them. Along the right wall, there is a wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and shoes. Opposite the wardrobe, there is a window with light grey curtains, from which you can see trees and the river. In front of it there is a chair and a big desk, so you can study. Finally, near the desk there is a shelf where you can keep your books.

Andy, who is a medical student, is my flatmate, he´s very nice and quiet and he loves to cook but he doesn´t cook meat since he´s vegetarian.

I'm Helen and next year I'm going to study abroad, for a full year, so my roommate and I have decided to rent the apartment for a year.

The apartment is 60 m2 and it’s located in the centre of Valladolid. It is spacious enough for two people. Also, the neighbours are quiet and you don't hear much noise from the street.
As for the description of the apartment: when you enter, there is a small hall with a little coat rack. After leaving the hall, you will find a simple kitchen with the basics, and in front of it, there is the living room, where there is a table, and a sofa where you can watch television or take a nap. There is only a shared bathroom.

My partner's room is light grey with a window, and has a small bed with a desk to its left. In addition, there is a closet. It is a basic room but nice. As for my room, it is the warmest in the house. It has a window and the bed is quite large. There is also a desk and a closet, which is where I put my clothes and all my books, is slightly larger than my partner's.

Are you looking for a perfect room? Let me describe one for you. Maybe it's a good option for you. It's a spacious room with a glass door, covered with white and thin curtains and which leads to a private terrace. It's 20 square meters in size. I share it with Jhon, he’s an organized, clean and collaborative person.

I've just finished painting it, the wall at the back is blue, and the others are white. The combination of these colours create a peaceful, calm and restful atmosphere. It's a perfect place where you can concentrate easily. Along the wall there's a cupboard built into the wall, with plenty of space for clothes and shoes. In the middle of the room hanging from the ceiling there's a led lamp, which brightness is controlled with a remote control depending on your mood. There's a storage bed between two bedside desks in off white colour. There's a big desk too, above it there's a printer. In the corner there're some useful shelves, which I bought from a street market and repaired last year, however, the most luxurious piece of furniture is a gaming chair, which is very suitable to study, and play video games.

Due to the cold winters in Valladolid, there's a warm carpet on the floor, in summer you can roll it and keep inside the storage bed. From my point of view it's a perfect room for students and quiet people.
We are searching for a flatmate to stay at this house for a year as one of our flatmates is going to take a year off to go travelling.
Firstly, when you enter to the house you will see a big hall with three corridors so you must go through the third corridor, which is next to a big clock. The corridor is painted in white and it has a ceiling lamp in the roof, and at the end of the corridor you can see the room where you are going to stay. The room is a little bit messy because now we are using it to keep the clothes-horse but when we have people we will clean it for them. It has a big new bed which is so comfortable and it also has a little couch because the person who was living here liked playing videogames and being comfortable at the same time. As he liked videogames, you have a big tv in your room to chill or playing as well.
And finnally, the most important thing is that the room has a big closet and also suite bathroom with a medium size bathtub and a shower.
